Throughout motherhood we are given opportunities to notice aspects of ourselves that have been neglected, overlooked, or ignored within our inner and outer world. It may takes months or years to notice that the areas of motherhood that are difficult, draining, or filled with intense emotions are actually a portal to our own healing. We may also find that our children lead us to healing by holding up a mirror to our truth (whether we like what we see or not). Once we are aware, it is our choice to go deeper into our own past to heal the areas ofdisconnect and overwhelm, and ultimately gift our children by shifting patterns that are passed on through generations.
In this workshop, you will learn how to recognize areas in need of healing within your own life, practices to implement at home that will help you shift patterns and show up as the mother you desire to be, and how to rebuild relationships that may have been damaged or hurt before you became aware of your actions. You will leave with tangible ideas to implement into your healing journey and supplement the work you do in therapy.

Have you ever noticed how aspects of your child’s life mirror that of your own at their age? Do you ever feel guilty after screaming at your child for something you soon realize was not that big of a deal? Are you aware of the saying “Oh no, I sound just like my mother or father?” and realize that there may be ways you were parented which you would like to change for yourself and your children?
In this workshop, we will discuss how your own childhood wounds (we all have them) follow you into your own parental journey and the impact on your children. Whether your child struggles with anxiety, body image, or friendships, it is likely your own wounds have been passed on through unconscious actions, words, and patterns, and are impacting their daily lives. We will uncover wounds that you may be overlooking, and learn the first steps to making positive change for your healing and how to begin breaking cycles of trauma, neglect, and poor relationships for yourself and your children. You will leave this workshop more aware of what areas of your past are showing up in your daily life and ready to be the cycle breaker of your family.
