There are certain fundamentals to a creating a healthy mind, body, and spirit. This class will focus on laying a foundation to health and balance by practicing multiple techniques that help create an internal environment conducive to healing.
In this class we will practice:
Conscious Breathing - designed to bring focus to the mechanics of breathing and provide techniques we can implement to make better improvements for increased energy, better sleep, and reduced stress.
Qigong - A practice that combines gentle movements, visualization, and breathing techniques that can boost our immune system, reduce inflammation, and reduce stress.
Meditation - Different forms of practice include seated, walking, and standing that help us bring focus to the present moment and be mindful of ourselves and the world around us without judgement.
Self Massage - Self massage is practiced often before performing certain exercises like Qigong or as a daily routine in order to increase blood flow which allows for the smooth flow of energy through the body.
